Contact us now for information on how to participate in a plattepus artists' gallery during next year's waterfest.
Platypuses have soft, flat, rubbery duck-like bills that are packed with nerves and very sensitive to both touch and electrical stimulation. They use their bills to search for food and to find their way around when they’re submerged, perhaps even using the electrical fields created by the movement of streams to locate their position.
